Ingredients
- 1 pint Strawberries (about 2 cups)
- 4 Italian Tomatoes
- 1 Avocado
- 2 Green Onions
- 8 sprigs Chives
- 8 fresh Basil Leaves
- 1 Lime
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tbsp maple syrup
- salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Dice the strawberries, tomatoes and avocados and put them in a big bowl.
- Cut up the chives,green onions and basil into small pieces and add them to the bowl.
- Squeeze the lime over the bowl, add olive oil and maple syrup.
- Season to taste.
