Ingredients
- 10 radishes sliced
- 3 mini cucumbers sliced in rings
- 1/4 cup fresh dill
- 1 cup apple cider vinegar
- 1 cup water
- 2 Tbsp sugar
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 cup hot pepper flakes
Instructions
- Places radishes, cucumbers, and dill in three 500 ml jars.
- In a small pot, add apple cider vinegar, water, sugar, salt, hot pepper flakes, mustard seeds, and garlic. Boil and stir until sugar and salt are dissolved.
- Remove from heat and pour the liquid into the jars.
- Let cool on the counter, close the lids, and place jars in the fridge.
- Marinate for 30 minutes before serving.
