Ingredients

  • 10 radishes sliced
  • 3 mini cucumbers sliced in rings
  • 1/4 cup fresh dill
  • 1 cup apple cider vinegar
  • 1 cup water
  • 2 Tbsp sugar
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 cup hot pepper flakes

Instructions

  • Places radishes, cucumbers, and dill in three 500 ml jars.
  • In a small pot, add apple cider vinegar, water, sugar, salt, hot pepper flakes, mustard seeds, and garlic. Boil and stir until sugar and salt are dissolved.
  • Remove from heat and pour the liquid into the jars.
  • Let cool on the counter, close the lids, and place jars in the fridge.
  • Marinate for 30 minutes before serving.
